God Is Making A Way
I make no excuse and just offer these words as explanation as I seek to always meet my commitments to God and you, my church family.
I trust that you will seek to understand and to forgive as God understands and forgives us.
We believe there is no condemnation in Christ and that God seeks to continuously bless us because He loves us.
For Ephesians 1:3-4 tells us, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, just as he chose us in Christ before the foundation of the world to be holy and blameless before him in love.”
Beloved, it is not so much what we do for God that matters as it is our response to God for all that He has done for us.
He has blessed us in Christ with heavenly, spiritual blessings; therefore, we should never hesitate to be a blessing to and for others in response to God’s blessings.
He chose us, separate and apart from all creation, to be His special, peculiar treasure; therefore, we should never think we are less than those highly favored by God in response to His choosing us.
He called us to be holy and blameless because of His love, not by our own works; therefore, we should always think our best, seek our best and try to do our best because His love covers all of our sins and shortcomings as He, by the power of the Holy Spirit and in Jesus’ name, diligently works to make us that which we could never be on our own.
Beloved, in your health, believe that God is working it out.
Beloved, in your wealth, believe that God is working it out.
Beloved, in your relationships, believe that God is working it out.
Why? Because He always has. Because He always is. And, because He always will.
Trust and believe in that because such truth and faith will make you open to more of God’s grace, mercy and love and free you to be who and all that God desires you to be for His glory!
And, remember, God loves you and I love you too!
Be blessed,
Rev. Cain
