Summer Mini Lessons

Church Family,

After tonight, we have two more sessions left with our study of The Beatitudes and then we will break for the summer.

As we have done for the past few summers, I like to know what topics are of interest to you that we can cover in one session during the summer months. We will spread the lessons out as some may be, emphasis may be, traveling this summer and all will likely not be available for each session, hence we have one topic for one evening with no carryover.

Please give me three topics that are of interest to you and I will survey the responses to come up with a schedule.

Also, if anyone is interested in teaching a particular topic, please let me know. God has blessed us with everything that we need and there may be some who have been given the gift of teaching but have not had the opportunity to share it just yet. I will work with you to get prepared and you will teach for one evening with the support of the Holy Spirit and the congregation. This is a new effort and I ask you to be prayerful to be faithful and not simply say that you cannot do something that you have not even tried. God has not given us the spirit of fear. So, let us walk in faith and not in fear.

Please do respond as soon as you can so that I have ample time to prepare.

The work of the church is going on and you are a key part of making sure that it continues.
